The highly anticipated trailer for the upcoming Telugu film Robinhood, starring Nithiin and Sreeleela, was unveiled today during the film’s pre-release event on March 23.
Ahead of its theatrical release on March 28, actor Nithiin took to Instagram on Sunday to share a vibrant poster for the film, captioning it, “ROBINHOOD IS HERE with an explosive package of fun, entertainment and adventure.
The trailer offers a glimpse into a thrilling cinematic adventure, filled with intense action and humor. Nithiin, in the lead role, showcases a variety of avatars as he embarks on a daring mission. Veteran actor Rajendra Prasad accompanies him, while Sreeleela plays Meera, the daughter of a wealthy pharmaceutical company MD, returning to India.
A highlight of the trailer is the comedic chemistry between Rajendra Prasad and Vennela Kishore, promising moments of laughter throughout the film. Action enthusiasts can look forward to adrenaline-pumping sequences, including Nithiin’s intense face-off with a ruthless gangster, played by Devdutta Nage, set against a rugged, rustic backdrop.
One of the biggest surprises of the film is a cameo by Australian cricketer David Warner, whose appearance has added a buzz of excitement around the project.
The pre-release event, held in Hyderabad, saw the attendance of Nithiin, Sreeleela, and David Warner, who captured the crowd’s attention by performing the signature hook step of Allu Arjun’s popular song “Srivalli” from Pushpa, to the delight of fans.
Directed by Venky Kudumula, Robinhood is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Kumar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. The film is set to hit theaters worldwide on March 28.
