Kerry Washington and Omar Sy are teaming up for an action-packed ride in the upcoming film Shadow Force, slated for release on May 2nd. The two stars, both 48, lead the charge in a gripping story of survival and family, as they fight to protect their son from a dangerous force.
The newly released trailer offers a glimpse into the intense plot. Washington portrays Kyrah, and Sy takes on the role of Isaac—once leaders of an elite multinational special forces unit, Shadow Force. Their rule-breaking romance forces them to go into hiding to safeguard their child. With a massive bounty on their heads and Shadow Force’s relentless pursuit, the couple finds themselves trapped in a war for their lives.
In addition to Washington and Sy, the film also stars Mark Strong, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Cliff “Method Man” Smith. Directed and co-written by Joe Carnahan, Shadow Force promises to deliver high-stakes action and emotional depth when it hits theaters this spring.
