Netflix has officially released the trailer for the much-anticipated second season of its spy adventure drama The Recruit, set to debut on Thursday, January 30.
The series, which first premiered on December 16, 2022, follows CIA lawyer Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo) as he navigates a world of international intrigue and danger. In the first season, Hendricks is thrust into a web of high-stakes espionage after an asset threatens to expose her connection to the agency. Season two sees Hendricks pulled into a perilous situation in South Korea, where he quickly realizes that the most significant threat may lie within the Agency itself.
The cast for The Recruit also features Teo Yoo, Aarti Mann, Colton Dunn, Fivel Stewart, Kristian Bruun, Kaylah Zander, Maddie Hasson, Angel Parker, and Vondie Curtis-Hall. Executive producers for the series include Noah Centineo, Doug Liman, Gene Klein, David Bartis, Adam Ciralsky, Charlie Ebersol, and Julian Holmes.
Season two will consist of six episodes, following the eight-episode run of the first season. Fans of the action-packed series can look forward to more gripping storylines and intense espionage drama when the new season drops later this month.
